Mobile MIM Examine App

Très bien realisé même impressionnant.

Avis à ceux qui pensent que ça scanne votre corps... NON, ceci ne fait pas dIRM, de TDM, de scintigraphie, de PET ou de Radio... Cette base de données et trépas connus de nous autres kinés... cest le joujou de pas mal détudiants... moi même je lutilise pendant les cours danatomie. Cette base de données contient des images scannées de coupe de corps humain... Saviez-vous que la "carte" de ce genre a été réalisée sur un condamné à mort aux US ? Aller pour chipoter, le nom des structures SVP ! Et merci aux commentaires précédents, je me suis bien fendu la <censored> .

Juste une simple question, est-ce que ca scanne reelement notre corps ?

ça ne scanne pas le corps mais après avoir importé limage, le médecin peut voir votre dossier.

Cest une démo dun logiciel dimageir médicale destiné au médecin. Il leur permet de recevoir sur leur iPhone via un réseau wifi intranet (ou mieux Internet) les images dexamens scanographiques ou TEP... de leurs patients. Pour que çà fonctionne il faut installer le serveur dimage approprié (commercialisé par la même société) au niveau du système informatique du service de Radiologie... Les images incluses avec ce logiciel de démo, ne sont que des images de démo...

Absolument géniale... Une belle démonstration des infinies possibilités offertes par lIphone... Et même sans être médecin je suis fasciné, scotché... Jespère que de nouveaux samples (pourquoi pas de meilleur qualité) pourront être mis a disposition du public et que les différente outils disponibles pourront être amélioré (ergonomiquement parlant le scroll et les differents outils ne sont pas tous facile daccès...). Mais vraiment, fasciné... (et ce sans THC, cest dire)

Bon les gars, lisez la description avant de donner des ocmmentaires du genre : "ca scanne vraiment notre corps???" vous etes serieux la? cad dire que vous pensez reelment quun telephone peut emmetre de la radiation (Xrays) susceptibles de traverser notres corps...et bla bla bla... pfff...

Situ te case le pied au lieu d attendre 10 ans à l opital tu montre direct au médecin sa dégling

Cela est difficile de joué à ce jeu ,car je narrive pas a accéder au rayon x pour vois mon squellette .Pouvez vous maider?

Nul et archi nul on croit que lon peut faire des vrai radios alors que pas du tout nul

This app is amazing and a scientific breakthrough for the civilian population the other end of this app is used by the doctors, surgeons radiologist etc. THE REMAINDER OF THIS MESSAGE IS TO THE PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT COMPUTER SAVVY TO HAVE SOMEONE THAT IS COMPUTER SAVVY SET YOUR ACCOUNT UP FOR YOU. YOU COULD ACTUALLY DO IT YOURSELF IF YOU LEARNED HOW TO READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. IT IS NO ONE’S FAULT BUT YOUR OWN THAT YOUR IQ IS UNDER 100. THEREFORE DON’T RUIN IT FOR THE INTELLIGENT PEOPLE THAT REALLY NEED THIS APP. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT OUT THERE THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO VIEW YOUR OWN MRI CT SCAN AND X-RAYS ON AN iPad OR AN iPhone. Awesome app that allows me to view DICOMs on the go and pull images from the cloud (need MIMcloud). Definitely a must have for radiologists. Not sure why there are a few low ratings, but it might be because some downloaded it thinking it would be a cool novelty app. While all means a "cool" app, it's main use is for medical and diagnostic usages.

I have the new iPad and this app crashes within a few seconds of opening it. Very disappointing I was really looking forward to playing with this app and seeing some cool stuff.

Do not upgrade to this version. Unstable. Crashes immediately at launch.

This app no longer works for the 2G, I restored my phone today, but forgot to backup the app, and now its lost forever. I'll be without this useful app until iPhone 5 comes out. Nice to be able to read scans on the go. Not a big deal.

Every study we upload to mimcloud from PACS looks blank on mim mobile. Also mimcloud registration isn't possible in iOS. Needs some work before this is clinically useful. Interface is great. Just need to get the studies to mobile devices reliably.

It seems that works well, LOVE IT!!!

I am a radiologist. For those who don't know, I make a living interpretting studies like the ones included here. This is an excellent tool that allows the clinician to easily show patients their imaging studies and therefore communicate the results more effectively. A simply powerful concept! Ask yourself, before you let somebody operate on you, wouldn't you like to see with your own eyes why? If your oncologist says the chemotherapy is working, wouldn't you like to see the tumor shrinking? My congratulations to the developers for creating a conduit of information to the patients.

I dont understand why people complaint so much about great apps like this one, and when they're free. You don't like it? delete it and shut up. You don't need to hurt the makers with your lame reviews...

This app is nifty. It shows you great pictures and you can easily slide from one view to another, it is the color/ brightness change that is hard, but for free it works. What I don't understand is how to download new pics. If they could give a small paragraph of how to do that, it would be awesome! Thanks!

As a radiation oncology student this app. Is absolutely fantastic!! How it is free is a mistery. And for those of you who just want to write a bad review for the hell of it. Your minds wouldn't understand the power of this application if they wanted to! Mim=awesome!!! Thanks! :)

This app is a powerful tool considering it's being demonstrated on a phone. Keep in mind this is only a demo and if you ever needed these medical services this is certainly a breakthrow in medical imagery for doctor and patient. So it's not useless just because you don't need it. One more thing though, is it me or is it really a fact that the view icon in the bottom left corner on this app not match the brain image front, side, and top view?

This application does exactly what it is intended to do and it does it well. It is an ADJUNCT to MIMvista's excellent high-end diagnostic-quality software for reading FUSION modalities (e.g., PET/CT, SPECT/CT, and PET/MR). It is a highly specialized item designed to facilitate the convenient distribution by nuclear medicine/radiology specialists of representative, but non-diagnostic quality, images of FUSION modalities to referring physicians and patients. It is not intended to be a general DICOM reader for non-fusion modalities, not a stand-alone diagnostic quality reader, not a self-instruction tool, and not a toy to amuse those idle or cranky. Kudos to MIMvista for this excellent useful adjunct. We look forward to their native Mac OSX dedicated diagnostic-quality FUSION reader.

This application is exactly what it says it is. It clearly states that it is a client side app to reverence data from an MIM server. That is what it does, and it looks like its a great piece of software for that. If you are in a medical field that uses an MIM server, this is perfect for you. The images look clean, the interface is mostly intuitive in that it follows the general interface of diagnostic imagines. Just because its free, does not mean we should complain if it does not do what it does not say it will do.

It's a free opportunity to look at the human body like a doctor sees it when diagnosing. In that regard, it's amazing that such a thing exists in a phone. Those that expect it to show their own anatomy probably wouldn't recognize what they're looking at. I wish they had more samples, but maybe those are coming. Very cool and informative as is, but I hope it will get better.

I was hoping to download my MRI onto my iphone, but you can't do that unless you BUY their other software of services, which is very, very expensive. USELESS app, unless you already have their other products...

Installed on phone 7/14, not sure what version that was. Diagonal lines on screen, non-stop vibrate turned on, phone unresponsive. Had to hold down home and top button for 10 seconds to reset phone; thank god I read the phone instructions!

Just great aplication!! Worth the price!! Maybe the next version will not be free....

Its great for just about anyone, for fun, or for proffesional reasons, but in my opinion the only problem is that the logo is so plain that i dont think a lot of people even looks at this app

Pretty cool app

Unfortunately this app is only partially functional. Any physician or nurse who would like to use this to show their patients images, will be sorely disappointed. There is no method of loading images from your own patients. It appears you will need to use the MIM image viewing app, or possibly the server app. Too bad there is no way to modify or load your patient's DICOM images and use this viewer. :(

This is will be a great tool to help understand the body. I wish it were a real medical scanner, imaging the orgranism I point the iPhone at (a la, Star Trek), but this will do.
